Welcome to Aero. Aero began operations as Aero Metal Fabrication Ltd. in November of 1979 providing aircraft sheet metal repair and modification for the general aviation market in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Since its inception Aero has focused on providing a top quality product at a competitive price. Aero’s capabilities have grown to include aircraft line maintenance, avionics, AOG support, composite repair and overhaul as well as sheet metal repair. Our services have
been provided to our customers at various locations worldwide, including Africa, the Caribbean, Europe and where ever needed. Aero is well
known in the Aviation Industry for our quality of workmanship and ability to respond to AOG situtations.

We provide numerous services using a variety of specialized facilities for Structures, Composites, Maintenance and Avionics. Aero can provide full structural and composite repair services for all types of aircraft and components. Our composite shop is equipped with one of the largest Autoclaves, 7’x25′, in Western Canada.
